Well let me start off by saying that today was a little better mental wise. I wasn't hating myself (as much). I woke up this morning struggling to get out of bed after the holiday weekend. It was such a busy weekend it hardly felt like days off so naturally I woke up exhausted when my alarm went off at 3:00am. I laid in bed and thought about just sleeping in but I yelled at myself (inside my head since my wife was still sleeping since she's normal and still sleeps at that time.) told myself to get up that I have goals and I wont reach them with that lazy mindset. I shot up gathered my belongings...changed into my workout clothes and headed out the door.
On my agenda was chest and triceps for the morning workout. My workout was going great and was focused. normally I am alone until after 5am at which point i am leaving. a person walked in at 4 and threw me off. I struggled because from a distance he was fit and toned. naturally I became self conscious and distracted. I then cranked my music up a little louder and knocked out rest of my workout and felt great.
After dinner I did 30 minutes of cardio at my apartment building using an elliptical machine and setting varied intensity settingdls. by the end I was drenched in sweat and felt great except for the fact I had Leg DOMS from Saturday's leg workout.
Well tomorrow is my back and bicep workout in the morning and am ready to kill it amd feel the pump. once again cardio in the evening time as well.
