Okay, haven't been active for past few days as my body struggled to get used to a changing diet and cardio that my body shut down essentially. made it difficult to hit the gym Friday and Saturday so I used those days to get rest. One key thing I have learned to do was understand my body and know when to push and when to rest.
Today I performed 30 minutes of HIIT and felt great afterwards. Not only did I feel great about the cardio....but I lose 3.2lbs in one week which I was thrilled about. Keeping my weight loss slow should allow me to maintain muscle mass I gained or at least that's what I hope. Tomorrow is supposed to be an early morning workout but with weather coming might interfere with that. Might have to workout at night for chest and triceps.
