So it was a new day and a new workout. Today was shoulder day and my goal is to get them broader and traps a bit thicker. Its a tall order but I am ready for the challenge. I did feel a bit of odd shoulder pain today. Dull achy pain so nothing too concerning but didn't push too hard with weights and focused more on sets and reps. I did feel sore after the workout but a good sore.
At the evening time I did more cardio 30 minutes of HIIT on the treadmill and in the process my knee started aching and I couldn't push as hard as I wanted to. Still pushed through and it was definitely a fat scorcher (or at least I hope lol).
That's all for tonight tomorrow I hit deadlifts and Arm day. Hope I continue to inspire.
